– Seamless Styling: A Shampoo & Blow Dry is required for all chemical and treatment services. To make it easy, this is automatically added to your booking for any service other than a standalone Haircut!

4. Length & Details
Before moving to the final stage, please don’t forget to select your hair length. This ensures we block out the perfect amount of time for your transformation! Then, fill out your contact info. If you have a specific hair history (like previous bleach or box color), feel free to leave a note so your stylist can prepare the best custom formula for you.
5. Secure Your Spot
Hit submit! You should receive a confirmation email immediately.

🚶 Walk-ins & Availability
Spontaneous hair day? We do accept walk-ins! However, to ensure you get the specific stylist and time you want, we prioritize booked clients. To avoid a wait, we always recommend checking our real-time availability online before heading over.
🗓️ Our Cancellation Policy
We value our stylists’ time and the “Community Vibes” of our salon. To ensure we can accommodate everyone, please note our policy:
– How to Cancel: If you need to make a change, you can do so easily via the cancellation link found in your confirmation email.
– The 24-Hour Rule: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
– Cancellation Fee: Cancellations, reschedules, or “No-Shows” within the 24-hour window will result in a fee of 100% of the appointment value.
– Late Arrivals: If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service to stay on schedule for our next guest.
