Planning a fresh look at Assort International Hair Salon Tokyo? We’ve designed our booking system to be as seamless as your next haircut. To help you navigate the process, here is a step-by-step guide to securing your chair with one of our world-class stylists.
1. Start with Your Language
Head over to our homepage and locate the booking section. We offer full support in both Japanese and English to ensure nothing gets lost in translation. Click the button for your preferred language to begin.
2. Customize Your Service
Browse through our comprehensive service menu. Whether you are looking for a precision cut, vibrant color, or a specialized perm, simply check the boxes for the treatments you need.
Pro Tip: If you are booking services other than a haircut (like color or treatments), please remember to select your Hair Length (e.g., Shoulders, Armpit, or Mid-back). This ensures we allocate enough time to give your hair the care it deserves!
NOTE: A Shampoo & Blow Dry is required for all chemical and treatment services. To make it easy, this is automatically added to your booking for any service other than a standalone Haircut!
3. Meet the Team
Next, you’ll see our roster of talented stylists. Each profile lists their rank and English proficiency level. Select your preferred stylist to view their specific availability.
Pro Tip: Not sure which stylist to pick? You can click the “more” tab to read a brief bio about the stylist or try our pro tip and go to our staff page and view the Instagram profiles of each stylist to view their previous client work and choose the one that matches your vision of a hair makeover.
4. Find Your Perfect Slot
Our real-time calendar makes it easy to see when we can fit you in:

5. Contact Details & The Fine Print
Once you’ve picked a date and time, fill out the booking form with your contact information. Before hitting “Send,” please take a moment to review our Cancellation Policy.
Note: Cancellations or rescheduling made within less than 24 hours of the appointment start time (and no-shows) will be charged 100% of the service value.

Late Arrivals: If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service to stay on schedule for our next guest.
6. Confirmation & Follow-Up
After you submit your request, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. 
This email includes a link to a cancellation form valid up to 24 hours before your appointment time should your plans change.

7. Walk-ins & Availability
We can accept walk-ins, however priority is given to booked clients.
